Jude Law’s career has been quiet for a while, but that might change soon.

After he starred in six movies that came out within a few months of each other in 2004 (and most of which did pretty poorly — remember Alfie and Sky Captain and the World of Tomorrow?) he turned mostly to quieter stuff that nobody saw: Breaking and Entering, Sleuth, My Blueberry Nights.  But just next year he has four movies scheduled for release, including the potentially high-profile Imaginarium of Dr. Parnassus – in which he took over for Heath Ledger along with Johnny Depp and Colin Farrell — and, of course, Sherlock Holmes.

He’s strictly the sidekick in Holmes, of course.  Robert Downey Jr. plays the classic detective (this time with mad fighting skills, according to the official synopsis).  But they both look pretty cool in the new set photos that JustJared nabbed.  Check them out below:
