I’m so happy to finally delete the old leaked cam version of the new trailer and take a look at this one in full HD. It’s pretty spectacular. Anybody who had doubts that Michael Bay could get even bigger and more grandiose with a budget increase has been proven dead wrong. Unfortunately Shia Lebouf still doesn’t look like he could ever be in a relationship with Megan Fox, let alone a long-distance one, and with the return of Megatron pretty well documented in this trailer I’m not sure what other surprises they’ll have in store. The one thing I liked about the marketing campaign for the first film was that they didn’t really show you anything beforehand and so it blew you away in the theater. Seems like we’ve seen quite a lot already, including a good look at The Devastator in action which will most likely put an end to McG attempting to say Terminator Salvation has the bigger CGI balls.
