The 64th Emmy Award Nominations have been released in all its exhaustive glory, from Best Miniseries to Technical Direction to Best Guest Actor in a Comedy Series. No wonder Julianne Moore held on to her obnoxious Bostonian accent on 30 Rock for three seasons. There’s something for everyone!

Between Breaking Bad and Mad Men, AMC’s popular drama-series’ picked up 21 nominations in total. Though Mad Men is bound to pick up its fifth award in its fifth season, deserving contenders are American Horror Story, Hatfield & McCoys and Sherlock. Downton Abbey, is still holding on but seems to have missed the opportunity with its knock-out first season last year. Usual suspects Game of Thrones, 30 Rock, Homeland, Boardwalk Empire and Modern Family all nabbed at least nine apiece.

The HBO team is bound to take an award for best Comedy Series. It’s three shows, Veep with Julia Dreyfus, Larry David in Curb Your Enthusiasm and the hate-it-or-love-it Girls don’t have anyone else their own size to pick on.
