From Hamlet to Professor Gilderoy Lockhart, Kenneth Branagh has been delighting audiences around the globe with his portrayal of classic characters for the past 30 years.  But in addition to his lustirous acting career, Branagh has also become a respected filmmaker in his own right. 

No stranger to Hollywood blockbusters, Branagh directed 2011’s Thor, he is now poised to take on another beloved hero in the yet to be title Jack Ryan project.

Starring Chris Pine as Tom Clancy’s formidable American hero, Kenneth Branagh is set to tackle America’s answer to James Bond.  Branagh will also star as the Russian villain bent on destroying the American economy.

Other than what promises to be a good time in the movie theater this film also offers star Chris Pine the unique opportunity to potentially shoot his boss.
