Film audiences love a good Director / Leading Man Team who are always looking for new reasons to work together. Tim Burton & Johnny Depp have collaborated a total of seven times so far, Martin Scorsese & Leonardo DiCaprio four times and the most recent addition to this illustrious group, Rian Johnson & Joseph Gordon-Levitt who have completed their second film together and are already talking about possibilities for their third go round.

Looper, their most recent effort, is set for release on September 28th of this year and is already enjoying a huge amount of buzz and praise from fans and critics alike despite the fact that very little of the film has actually been seen.

Today’s Press Conference at San Diego Comic Con was no exception to this trend. The talent all seemed very happy to be there and the press were more than anxious to discuss the film, its moral implications and the likelihood of this duo continuing to work together in the future.
