SPECIAL FEATURES:
I viewed the DVD-Special Edition, which is packed with a lot of behind-the-scenes features (as with most DVDs, now-a-days). For the most part, the features are average and each element is not very timely (and we all know that's a plus). But what makes this DVD's features stand out is that it's catered toward someone "not-in-the-know" as it pertains to the movie-making industry.

When viewing the DVD's Special Features, in order to keep their diverse viewing audience on the "same page", they've inserted an active "Help Guide"... basically, Cody Banks himself, pops-up in the lower corner of your screen and explains and/or gives a quick defintion of anything within that feature that may seem confusing, ambigious, or just like... something the average movie viewer wouldn't know (i.e. "location" - an industry term used to refer to the place where a movie will be shot or made). Keep in mind that this is muuuuuch cooler when you see it (...I know my example was weak, so what...).

I thought almost every feature was informing, except for the featurette "How To Talk To A Girl", which was Cody's major flaw as an agent... this SUCKED (and I was really itching to see it, it just sounded cool...)!!! I thought they would have put together (at least) something close to the scene that was in the movie, which was probably one of the BEST scenes, but NOOOOOOOO!!!!, they did this cheesy ah... uhmmm... "whatever it was", which was about a minute long, ugh... and was very disappointing. But on the good side that was the "worst" feature, and that ain't too bad.

In summary this movie was cool for the entire family, from newborn to grandma. It's non-offensive and keeps moving, there really isn't a "slow part" within this movie that comes to mind. It's gained my recommendation... and, I can't wait to see part two... Agent Cody Banks 2: Destination London

*S.O.S.N. (Sweezy's Official Side Note): F.Y.I.- A couple of Executive Producers from this movie were MADONNA & Jason Alexander (Seinfeld). They must've saw something in the original script to make them want to back & place their name on this movie as well... They've shown some great insight on this one... KUDOS!!!
