each episode. The first special feature is the original pilot of the series, which is much like the one broadcast, except for scenes either re-shot or cut out, but it still makes a great curiosity for fans.

The second feature is a gag/outtake reel, which shows Paul Fusco often doing funny ad-libs through ALF when he makes mistakes. Rounding out the special features is ALF Trivia Facts, which features different basic tidbits about the series.

Despite numerous dated pop culture references, ALF is still rather enjoyable to this day do to its novel concept, great characters, and family-friendly, yet still wide-appealing humor. While the missing scenes cut for syndication might disappoint some fans, this set is more than worth seeking since it has not aired on TV for quite some time.
