Though its first-season ratings only hovered between 8-9 million people each week, Chuck slowly capitalized on its good buzz and solid reviews to build an ardent fanbase. Turns out comedy and action, plus or minus a super-hot co-star, a Firefly alum, and an affable lead thrusts the show into must-watch territory, however cheesy it occasionally is.

But then the writers strike halted the season before it could turn its momentum into extra viewers.

Luckily, thanks to its nerdy hero, the show is a hit with the Comic-Con crowd and on Saturday hosted a panel that featured an entertaining highlight reel from Season 2, which has already filmed a good deal of episodes. I especially enjoyed the Adam Baldwin/Ronald Reagan moment.
