Between Kung Fu Panda and You Don't Mess with the Zohan, you may have missed another comedy that came out this weekend in limited release: The Promotion, which stars Seann William Scott and John C. Reilly as two thirty-something nice guys competing for the same supermarket promotion. Employee of the Month it's not; instead of slapsticky formula, it goes for the quirky and awkward.
