home by horrible people who for some reason are trying to get in. On the other hand, it reminded me an awful lot like Vacancy: yet another horror flick about a
couple and some people who want to kill them.
Speedman, Tyler, and first-time writer/director Bryan Bertino were all on hand at the panel. They were all quite affable, especially Speedman, and both actors
said the reason they chose movie was thanks to the strength of the script. They showed a couple of clips; the first was of Tyler catching glimpses of her
would-be attackers (they all, of course, have very creepy masks) and the second was of her and Speedman barricading their door and shooting at an attacker
with a shotgun. Again, the full movie could go either way.
By the way, Speedman was asked by a member of the audience if he would consider playing Captain America on film (apparently, his name has been bandied
about in some rumors). His response? "Sure, yeah. Absolutely."

The last film Rogue previewed for us seemed like the coolest of the lot: Doomsday, which looked like an odd cross between 28 Days Later and
The Road Warrior. The plot, from what I understood: in the near future, a virus breaks out in Scotland which results in the entire region being
quarantined and the people inside being left to die. When a few years later, the same virus breaks out in London, a team goes into quarantined Scotland to
see if there are any stray survivors in there who found a cure. Unfortunately, what they seem to find is a post-apocalyptic landscape populated with various
bands of savages who are none too happy to be intruded upon.
The exclusive preview they showed looked very cool and was narrated by none other than Malcolm McDowell, who seems to plays the leader of the savages; it climaxed in what looked to be a very
Road Warrior-esque high-speed chase. The only person appearing at the panel was director Neil Marshall, who's responsible for
