Saturday's highlight for me was the Superbad panel for Columbia Pictures. Producer Judd Apatow held court, warming up the crowd by commenting on the surprising amount of hot chicks in attendance: "How many of you got laid today? I think there's some sex happening at Comic-Con."

Then he brought out Knocked Up star Seth Rogen, who co-wrote Superbad with writing partner Evan Goldberg, which the two have been working on ever since they were 13. Jonah Hill also appeared, along with costars Michael Cera and Christopher Mintz-Plasse (aka "McLovin"), as well as Cera's girlfriend Charlyne Yi - who, it should be noted, sounds exactly like her character in Knocked Up in real life (she plays the stoned girl on the couch).

If you were expecting a straight answer from this crowd, well, you'd be sorely disappointed, as they pretty much answered questions however they damn well pleased. When Cera was asked if there were any plans to revive the defunct "Arrested Development," Jonah fielded it, saying "There is an 'Arrested Development' movie coming out. It just started filming last week, officially. You can quote me on that."

And when questioned by an incredulous superfan about his involvement in the Green Hornet adaptation, Rogen replied, "It's because I've gotten so sick of seeing my own face. Doing a character with a mask was my only option."
Judd also showed off a few clips from his new movie Walk Hard: The Dewey Cox Story, starring John C. Reilly and Jenna Fischer from "The Office", which he co-wrote with Jake Kasdan (Orange County, The TV Set). It's essentially one long parody of Walk the Line and Ray, with the usual raunchy Apatow sense of humor.
The biggest surprise of the night though was the outpouring of propositions directed at the baby-faced Cera. Girls from right and left were giving him their hotel rooms, and asking him to father their children. When in the hell did young George Michael become a sex symbol?
