Comic-Con's Lost panel literally ended ten minutes ago; I write this in the back of Hall H as they're gearing up for their Terminator Salvation panel. You'll hear more about that soon, especially since immediately following it I'll be participating in a roundtable with the entire main cast (minus Christian Bale).

But that's later. What was revealed at the Lost panel? Here's a tidied-up version of the notes I took:

-As the Heroes panel ends and I'm walking in, they're showing a featurette from the not-yet-released Lost: Season 4 DVD on the four Freighter Folk. L. Scott Caldwell (Rose) makes a joke about Faraday's tie.

-Showrunners Damon Lindelof and Carlton Cuse appear on the screens in a pre-taped video "from the future": they've supposedly just finished season five and are talking about everything that happened, only bleeping out all the incriminating parts. Damon's wearing an eyepatch. "A fan took out my eye after we [BLEEEEEP]."

-Finally Lindelof and Cuse appear on stage. They introduce the "recruitment official from the Dharma Initiative," Hans Von Eigen. He says some nonsense about recruiting new members to Dharma (it's presumably part of a new viral alternate reality game) and we move onto the Q&A.

-We have not seen the last of Jin or Locke. Since Locke only dies in the future, that's not surprising, but Jin's fate was previously up in the air.

-They confirm there will be 17 hours of Lost each in the next two seasons.

-Carlton's favorite episode ever was this past season's The Constant.

-In Season 5, we will see Rousseau's "story." They didn't want to call it a flashback -- "we're using a new term," although they wouldn't say what it was -- but they confirmed the actress, Mira Furlan, will be on the show. (She was killed halfway through Season 4.)

-Lindelof: "It's safe to say Vincent [the dog] will make it to the end of the series."

-Matthew Fox appears! Thunderous applause all around, and although he's not really asked any direct questions, kudos for being a Surprise Guest.

-Kate will see
