Neat Quantum of Solace Clip: Bond and Felix

Lots of Quantum of Solace clips leaked online last week.  They were all quickly taken down, but one (studio-approved) look at the movie, hosted by Yahoo, has remained.

It’s a conversation between Daniel Craig’s Bond and his occasional ally, CIA agent Felix Leiter (Jeffrey Wright).  Felix has never gotten as much respect in Bond lore as M, Q, or Moneypenny, but he’s appeared in nine official Bond films including Solace, and has been portrayed by seven different actors.  And personally, I think he’s awesome because in the otherwise very British Bond universe, he’s a capable and intelligent American.  Plus, he’s basically the closest thing Bond has to an actual friend.

I mean, sure, pretty much all of their conversations are very plot-centric and take place in hushed tones, usually right before a big action scene.  But still — they’re friends, I tell you.  Check out the (annoyingly un-embeddable) clip.
